1. License

Snipset is licensed under the MIT License (Copyright © 2026 belajarcarabelajar). You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

2. Distribution

Snipset is distributed exclusively through this official website (snipset.belajarcarabelajar.com). There are no authorized third-party resellers or alternative distribution channels. Obtaining Snipset from any other source is not supported and may pose security risks.

3. Purchase & Access

  • Lifetime License: A one-time payment of Rp199.000 grants you a lifetime license including all future updates.
  • FastTrack Members: Members of the FastTrack Learning AI program at BCB Academy receive Snipset access as part of their membership.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your snippet data.
  • You are responsible for any content you create, store, or generate using the Software.
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. AI Features

Snipset's AI features rely on Ollama, a third-party local AI runtime. We do not control Ollama's behavior or the output of AI models. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
